I had a wonderful time taking the beginner spoon carving class! Shawn was tremendously knowledgeable about every part of spoon making, he was able to answer all of my questions, with helpful demonstrations and guidance throughout. I learned tons, and had fun through every part of the class. He had lots of high quality tools, and loads of expertise! Couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. Would highly recommend!

I had the absolute pleasure joining Shawn for his spoon carving workshop with my partner. He taught us about the different tools, sharpening, honing and techniques to make our own wooden spoons! The experience was great, and Shawn was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone looking to try something new, find a new hobby or even just a reason to sit and create.

What a lovely way to spend a rainy Saturday! Shawn lead a small group of us through the steps of make a beautiful wooden spoon. He carefully demonstrated each step always taking care to make sure we were safely using the tools. I’m very proud of my spoon 🥰!
