I had a great experience with Carlos. I went in for ear wax removal and he was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The treatment was quick, gentle, and very well done. I really appreciated his professionalism and care. Highly recommend Carlos if you need ear wax removal or ear care!
We have been seeing Mr. Valente for years now and the new location in Streetsville is even closer to our home. The new building is gorgeous and welcoming. The caring service provided put us at easy with our dentures and hearing care. Speaking Portuguese is a huge bonus for mom as well!
