I have to say the level of service as well as the attitude of the lovely people working in this establishment is beyond top notch! I brought my 90 year old mom for a hearing test and purchased hearing aids. Everything was explained properly to my mom and myself so we can understand the whole process. We are Portuguese ourselves and it is great that they speak Portuguese, which helps with communication. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with Carlos. I went in for ear wax removal and he was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The treatment was quick, gentle, and very well done. We have been seeing Mr. Valente for years now and the new location in Streetsville is even closer to our home. The new building is gorgeous and welcoming. The caring service provided put us at easy with our dentures and hearing care. Speaking Portuguese is a huge bonus for mom as well!
