The trip on 09/22/2025 was a terrible experience. We waited almost 3 hours with my elderly, sick mother for a car. The first dispatcher, John, was extremely rude and suggested we cancel the car we had been waiting for. When I asked where I was supposed to find another one, he rudely replied that it was not his problem. Later, another dispatcher called and said the car had arrived. Had post surgery appointment in the city. The car came 40 minutes late and we sat in dead traffic. Asked the driver to take me back home because my doctor said she cannot see me late. Yet the company still asked me to sign for the trip even though they did intake me to doctors office because they came late for pick up. The driver told me that he was dispatched 10 minutes before he came to my house for pick up that was 40 minutes after the time of the original pick up.
