TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Will never use this carservice. Never on time, 1 hour waiting time. Liers, rude attitude..
Had post surgery appointment in the city. The car came 40 minutes late and we sat in dead traffic. Asked the driver to take me back home because my doctor said she cannot see me late. Yet the company still asked me to sign for the trip even though they did intake me to doctors office because they came late for pick up. The driver told me that he was dispatched 10 minutes before he came to my house for pick up that was 40 minutes after the time of the original pick up. Consistently Off-Time and has gotten the drop off wrong on multiple occasions
Dont you dare order this car service or this company, i waited with my client for over 30 , minutes for a ride i arranged a week ago i call to ask what happend? She said there is no car that wait and seat for me and i need to wait and that they are allways late they have only 14 cars!!!! Stay away from this company!!
