Staff and service was great. It can't be beat!
I was not there very long which made me happy
I went to SMIL for my first mammogram. They said I had “suspicious calcifications” and recommended mammograms every 6 months or a biopsy. To avoid repeated radiation, I chose the biopsy. The pathology report said I had enlarged glands- unusual for someone who is not menopausal, has no children, and has no hormonal imbalance and is generally a benign abnormality of aging. If I could give zero stars I would. I called my insurance company before my appt. for an ultrasound at SMIL. I confirmed that SMIL is again in network. I asked if I would have any out of pocket or copay. Insurance company assured me this appt. Had no copay or out of pocket. When I checked in, I was presented with a patient responsibility that they wanted me to pay prior to care. I informed them that they are in network and my insurance confirmed there was no out of pocket for me today for this service. They wanted me to sign... read more
