Holden has been helping me with a hamstring tear recovery. His analysis of my particular injury and his subsequent exercise plans over several weeks through the stages of rehab have shown outstanding knowledge and expertise. Specifically I liked that he ensured I did the exercises properly so they actually helped. I would highly recommend Holden to anyone.

I started seeing Holden at Smiile Physio mid August this year for neck and shoulder issues, He has done an amazing job at resetting vertebrae and nerve's to relieve the pressure and pain. I tore a hamstring last week and have had one soft needling session and feel amazing, Totally recommend Smiile Physio and will be my go to in the future. Max worked his magic with me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I came in with severe neck pain and within one session I could feel my range of movement was improved and I could sleep better at night. Within 10 days I was practically pain free. You are a miracle worker Max!
