I love this store, I only shop at the Uptown Smiggle. Heba was incredibly helpful ！I love the Care Bears range, and received some excellent customer service while I shopped around. Delightful range of accessories & stationary, even more wonderful retail assistance. Thank you again Heba ！
Store manager is very friendly, helpful and professional. Lots of amazing items to choose from. Highly recommend.
I have wasted far too much money on their lunch boxes. Buyer beware 30 day returns policy. I’ve had to return two in a matter of months. I’m researching other lunch boxes because I cannot see value in $50 in a lunch box/bento box that doesn’t survive past one month.
