I honestly do not understand why this store owner is running a children's product retail business. According to Smiggle’s policy, when a product is purchased and a defect occurs, an exchange or refund should be offered. Other Smiggle stores have always handled such situations kindly and professionally, so I was very shocked by the response I received at this location. 2024.03. 평일 오전 방문 스미글은 몇 년 전 뉴질랜드에서 처음 접하고 좋아하게 된 브랜드예요. 아이들이 좋아할 것 같은 알록달록 펑키한 색감의 학용품들이 제 눈과 마음까지 사로잡았어요ㅎㅎ 몇 번 파우치를 사기도 하고 키링을 사기도 했구요. 이번엔 요 하트모양 핑크색의 동전지갑이 괜찮아보이더라구요. 향기도 납니다. 요건 구입해서 조카아이 선물로 줬고 검정+보라색의 조그마한 하드케이스는 제가 에어팟 케이스로 쓰려고 구입했어요. (현재 에어팟이 고장나서 사용하지 못하고 있지만요ㅠ)
