Bought this from Westfield parramatta, it was not working so went back to merrylands to exchange it, I don’t have the receipt but I paid with card showed them my statement, the lady at Merrylands said to go back to Westfield parramatta to look it up on their system, the manger checked the pen and yes it didn’t work but refused look up the system as he said there is no such a thing at, I left the pen on the desk for him

I honestly do not understand why this store owner is running a children's product retail business. According to Smiggle’s policy, when a product is purchased and a defect occurs, an exchange or refund should be offered. Other Smiggle stores have always handled such situations kindly and professionally, so I was very shocked by the response I received at this location.
