After a disappointing experience at Smiggle Liverpool, I called the Narellan store while on my way there, hoping for better luck—and Erin absolutely turned my day around! They were closed at 535pm sun inconvenient it was the only day I had available for Christmas shopping so made sure I made it for the kids hello kitty school bags etc
Walked in to the store and was greeted with a smile from Belinda, her customer service was exceptional she spoke to me about what I wanted and let me know what the sales where. Belinda goes above and beyond for her customers and most of the time I go in for 1 thing and I end up buying more she can upsell. She even engages with my 3 year old son and shows him different things around the shop. Walked in to buy my daughter who’s in kindy a new school bag and bento box set, spoke to Belinda at Narellan store and she was amazing , so helpful and knowledgeable about the smuggle products which helped save me money. I highly recommend coming down to the Narellan store and ask for Belinda, she’s very approachable and friendly. Thank you 🤩
