Little bit disappointed with a drink bottle that I recently purchased last Saturday. By Monday the drink bottle was leaking, I paid $28.00 for the drink bottle. My second time I have brought from smuggle. The cashiers was friendly and very helpful. Was very disappointed with product.
This afternoon I went into the store to get my son some things as he was so obsessed with the jurassic Park collection that they had in the store, I was getting served by Rebecca and I couldn’t get over how bubbly n friendly her customer service was Leaving my child with a smile on his face. I will be definitely coming back more often☺️☺️
My daughters were served by Rebecca and she was so fantastic with them. She gave them amazing customer service and was so patient with them trying to decide what they wanted to buy! She answered their million and one questions so patiently and friendly.
