The most wonderful collection.. I had asked one of my friend to get harry potter collection and I absolutely fell in love with it.. wide variety of bags and stationery requirements according to the children's choice with their favourite characters.. what more to ask.. one stop shop for all your kids school needs..
I placed an order online, but my address had changed. I called the customer service number and a staff member answered the phone. I gave them my new address and asked twice if there was anything else I needed to do due to the address change. I also confirmed whether they could deliver my order to the new address, and they assured me that they could. However, despite this confirmation, they still sent the order to the wrong address. I am really disappointed with this experience.
I went to Smiggle to get some stationery for a friend in Japan, and I ended up with the cutest pens! They were part of a buy 3 and get one free deal, so I got a bunch of different colors. I love how bright and colorful they are. If you're looking for souvenirs for kids, Smiggle is definitely the place to go. The staff was super friendly and helpful, too. I can't wait to give these pens to my friend!
