I have visited this store several times to buy things for my children, but I have never seen the salesperson named Kylie—who apparently is also the manager there—behave appropriately. She is always rude, sullen, provides extremely poor customer service, and at times I even think she is being quite discriminatory. I would really like to find her supervisor and explain how much this kind of behavior damages their business and drives away customers. I had an awful experience at Smiggle Macquarie, specifically with the store manager, Kylie. I purchased a water bottle on Friday and discovered it was faulty. When I returned on Sunday to request a refund, Kylie became very angry. She repeatedly tried to convince me there was no fault, despite me clearly explaining the issue. She then told me that if I stayed any longer, she would call security to remove me from the store. My family and I have been into the Macquarie store a lot as it is our local shopping and may I say every time we visit the store is very well organized and easy to shop. The lady with the glasses is very helpful and the team is also, we were there on Black Friday and the store was extremely busy and the lady with the glasses she may be the manager told the time to help us find exactly what we wanted in such and busy time so thank you for all your help.
