20 minutes before end of trade day on a Sunday the store was closed and the employee was cashing up the till. If the closing time is 4:40pm, please put that as the official store trading hours. Ridiculous.

I have only ever given a couple of negative reviews as I’d prefer to tell people how good places are but not this time. Worst customer service of any company at Westfield Liverpool. Staff were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Will never visit or recommend this company to anyone.
