I’ve haven’t been in smiggle since I was a kid and here I was today walking past with my young daughter who loves Moana and Toy Story. We walked in to look at the front display and there were 2 staff members behind the counter, no greeting but that’s pretty standard these days. Then we looked at the Toy Story backpacks hanging right next to the counter, again no greeting but I could feel their eyes watching us as they both stood there in silence. Alana is great very attentive and had a positive attitude
Came for a quick visit, but Nick gave me a VIP tour of the new arrivals and showed me all the new fidget toys! Will be back:)
Went to the store today to have a browse and Nick was incredible! So informative and helpful will come back.
I just wanted to say a big shout out to the amazing staff at Highpoint, especially Sally who went above and beyond to help my daughter find a replacement water bottle for her much beloved bottle that broke by helping us find a similar pattern to the one she had. It’s good to see that great customer service stills exist. Thanks again
