Very disappointing customer service. I went to Smiggle on Saturday afternoon to buy a carry bag for my 10-year-old daughter, and unfortunately the staff member who served us was extremely rude and unwelcoming. What upset me most was the way she behaved in front of and towards my daughter. A children's store should be a friendly and welcoming place for kids, and there is absolutely no reason for a staff member to make a child or their parent feel uncomfortable while simply trying to purchase something. I highly appreciate the support given by Joelle — she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us choose exactly the right products. I honestly wish every store had someone like Joelle; with her friendly attitude and professionalism, every customer would leave happy.
Steer clear not all staff members are understanding and some are rude; went there in order to fix an issue of being overcharged instead of refunded for my sister who was supposed to be refunded $9 instead of being charged extra $9. Got called passive aggressive whilst asking the nice lady who was called Sude to double check the maths by the other sales person called Zara who was insistent that asking someone to double check the maths classifies as passive aggression as I was explaining 45-35 is $9 and my sister paid $9 on to... read more
