I highly appreciate the support given by Joelle — she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us choose exactly the right products. I honestly wish every store had someone like Joelle; with her friendly attitude and professionalism, every customer would leave happy.
Steer clear not all staff members are understanding and some are rude; went there in order to fix an issue of being overcharged instead of refunded for my sister who was supposed to be refunded $9 instead of being charged extra $9. Got called passive aggressive whilst asking the nice lady who was called Sude to double check the maths by the other sales person called Zara who was insistent that asking someone to double check the maths classifies as passive aggression as I was explaining 45-35 is $9 and my sister paid $9 on to... read more
