Disgusting customer service
I had such a fantastic experience at Smiggle in Cranbourne Shopping Centre thanks to Susie! She was bubbly, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. We were on the hunt for a key charm with the letter “X” and she went above and beyond — even tipping out the entire key charm display to find it for us. She was so informative, super smiley, and made the whole interaction such a joy. Honestly, this was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Susie — you’re an absolute gem! 💜
We love our local Smiggle store in Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre. Also lovely people work there, and they're very helpful Thank you 😊
Great products but the lady who worked there today was not really helpful. Whatever I asked she couldn’t provide an answer and was very rude like lazy to answers. We got full equipment for school for my kids and the lady was just like whatever. I asked how to use the lunch bag what lunch box matches which bag she couldn’t answer and said she never used it. I just think for such shop personal should be professional and able to help during shopping. Other than that great store my kids love their designs and quality looks good.
