I am giving a 3 star only because of the sad customer service experience at Smiggle Camberwell. I bought some stuff for my kids for school and the cashier made a mistake scribbling only 3 circles of their loyalty card although I paid 81 AUD . I was in a hurry as I was with my kids and this only came to my notice after I reached home. I went back to the store today with the reciept and she would never make the correction. Love the products here. Unfortunately didn’t have what I was after but the team looked up to see if it was still available. Well organised for a store with so many tiny products.
We were served today by the loveliest lady (very sorry, we didn’t ask for her name) with glasses. She went above and beyond to help us find a lunch bag for my son and a few other items. She was extremely helpful and friendly. This kind of customer service is rare these days! Thank you to her! Really fun and wonderful products as usual too.
We had Ash look after us today. her service and care was outstanding and she had a lovely nature about how she looks after customers. We’ll done 👍
Smiggle Camberwell is a great Smiggle store, located in the heart if Camberwell. It has lots of stationary and fun items to offer for kids. It is spread out across two levels and connects to Peter Alexander from the other side. It is really brightly decorated and generally has kind and helpful staff. Although, you may find items a little expensive there. Overall, Smiggle Camberwell is a good store for children under 10 or 11 as the items there are a little bit childish.
