We had a wonderful shopping experience here the other day - Erica was so kind, fun and very helpful! She helped us find items we were looking for that were hard to find at first, and she was really good at helping give gift ideas. She was the best and we left the store so happy ❤️
Erika, is what she told us her name was. She is rude & not good to be working with kids. Myself and my 3 children were in the Belconnen store today and the lady was so rude. She kept getting upset at my children touching things (in a children’s shop) and there was also another 2 family’s in the store that said they felt not welcome. Who also expressed that to her and she replied with smart comments and told us to leave if we aren’t comfortable with her customer service. Won’t be coming back.
Had a very positive experience at Belconnen Smiggle last week. Erica was enthusiastic, helpful and had great knowledge of products, prices and sale items. She had great tips and products to help us make sure our kiddos had a great first convention experience, and kids were proud to be able to carry some of their own supplies comfortably in their cute smiggle bags.
