I would strongly encourage not patronizing this firm based on my experience. Communication with Allan was consistently poor. My wife and I made repeated calls and sent multiple messages over an extended period, and it was common to receive no response at all. When we did get in touch, we were given clear assurances that follow-up items—such as a letter of engagement and details about their process (including the AI-based review they proposed)—would be provided.
