Booked a carpet fitting and didn't turn up, when I visited the shop to find out what was happening no one was there. A woman in the shop next door told me to return in two hours. Bear in mind the company took the money for carpet and fitting. When challenged she suddenly didn't understand English when questioned she stated she didn't know the owners. Delivery driver cannot drive to save his life
Poor workmanship and after sales service. Fitted carpet but there was a screw poking out of the carpet in the bedroom, multiple spikes poking out of all the stairs from the grippers. Sent multiple messages but did not respond, the number listed on google is not working.
