Used their services to change the last name of a minor child. To start they required $2,500 for retainer. They pull money from the retainer & you have to replenish it once it gets to a certain amount. Typically this is done with a credit card. Signed the contract with them August 2023 & court was November 2023 (this was the only time I actually saw the attorney). Got all of the finalized paperwork in Feb 2024. Copies have to be sent to several agencies. Other party did not show up to contest. Total cost was about $6,000.
