I had a very disappointing experience while trying to secure a visitor visa for my parents. The entire process dragged on for over 2 years, only to ultimately lead nowhere. Throughout this time I faced extremely poor communication. There were long stretches sometimes 2 to 2.5 months without any updates, and I had to constantly follow up myself.
