I went in th Curtis Lumber in Ballston Spa. I hand picked 36 knotty pine boards and wrapped them in bundles of ten. It took my 1 1/2 hrs. Paid for wood and $50. for delivery. i also requested a call from delivery driver so not to waste the whole day. NEVER GOT!. Then the delivered my wood. not what i picked and paid for! KARL the manager there admitted they made several mistakes and refunded my delivery fee and $52 for my time and trouble. This is an insult!!
