Worst company I’ve ever worked for! Toxic culture, really weird working environment. No one talks or collaborates with one another, just a 24/7 grind, everyone seems burnt out and stressed, systems and processes all contradict one another! Have a very low perm retention rate and spend millions on temp labour to plug the gap.
