Horrible, they have ruined our car.
Had my car transported here and Caitlin at this depot was amazing! My car was returned in the same condition after 6 weeks coming from Melbourne (flooding delayed slightly).
( Changed review from 1 star to 3 PURELY for Kaitlyn the manager at the transport yard, it’s a shame the office who books and takes care of bookings until they’re on the final leg are letting down the staff on the ground massively, again to the ground staff thank you for having communication with any delays, drop offs and storing. Have delayed my car being dropped off twice, been told on the phone multiple times I’ll get a call back but instead avoided. Even today ( I’ll get them to call you back in a few minutes ) no call place closed. I don’t mind delays things happen, what I do mind is taking time off work twice for 2 delays then when I called to try get an idea to make sure I’m home ( as I’ve taking so much leave waiting ) I was asked if when the car arrives if I can pick up from the depo yard.
