My car was transported from Darwin to Adelaide by SMB when I booked via National Car Movers. The car arrived within the timeframe I was provided, I was given easy to follow drop off and pick up instructions and apart from being dusty from the move down, my car and belongings inside were in the same condition I dropped it off in!
Car arrived quicker than quoted. Friendly service who gave prompt accurate updates and ensured car arrived in the same condition it was dropped off.
I have worked with SMB for years and highly recommend this company for prompt and reliable vehicle transport interstate. Tracking is always provided, photographs are taken at pickup and drop off, awesome staff from the office staff to the drivers, SMB never let me down. Thanks so much guys.
Service very slow and took long time to deliver a car. Customer service is not professional and only know to give the mechanic answer. Very disappointed and will never use again for sure.
