Went in for a title and registration for my new car. I had called prior and was fully prepared with all documentation. The woman that helped me had business cards in front of her titled Marie Fletcher. I have never experienced such immediate discourtesy from a customer facing employee. After talking to others and reading the reviews, I quickly learned that this wasn’t just a bad day - but this is the customer service that this employee provides their customers on the regular.

They’ve always been nice, courteous and professional with me over the many years I have used them.
I went here just for a title transfer and the lady basically ripped everything out my envelope and just started going off “I can’t do anything with this!” I was just there to figure out what I needed to do. But her energy instantly sent me down the road even if I had to pay 3x more I wouldn’t care . That see you next Tuesday won’t be getting my money
