I ordered a wallet on 5/8. The website said that the item was backordered until 6/2, but this seemed like plenty of time to arrive for father's day. I sent three unanswered emails and made two calls that weren't answered during their hours of operation. I finally got a representative named Chris on the phone today who informed me that the wallet won't ship until August. Not sending an update is terrible customer service as a company.
