Customer service is worthless. Cannot get to them. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Customers simply don’t matter. Go elsewhere for sure.
Products are actually made in China and don't hold up for very long. Customer service is worthless.
Custom orders take a very long time and the quality of work is very low compared to previous purchases. Look elsewhere.
The store is probably great, but beware of web orders and strict returns policy. Because I have a hard to fit foot, I typically order two pair of shoes from high end web outlets like Allen Edmonds and Cole Haan. I try them on in my house and send back the pair that doesn't fit. I never had a problem until I tried this with Smathers and Branson. When I returned the shoes, the return was rejected due to very minor marks on the soles.
