I booked a session for my best friend’s birthday, and it ended up being something we both really needed. Making the reservation was quick & easy online. Christine & Terry were phenomenal from start to finish. They thoroughly explained everything beforehand & they take safety very seriously. The catharsis was intense, raw, and incredibly therapeutic which was exactly the emotional release we both were in need of. Today was my third time coming back. I’m absolutely in love with the workout I get from this and this is therapist recommended!!! It totally helps me release all my rage and anger or just any negative emotion that I have I can let it all out here!! The ppl running it are amazing and so kind!
