Beware!!! They will not even ask you before sending out 4 color multi-page catalogs to your address! They say they'll take your name off when you call but, in today's world of climate change and pollution, they should not be sending them without a specific request! If you want to help the planet, write them and tell them you feel the same way! The socks are great, and the service on the website is great, but the complete disregard for any sort of ecological standpoint sucks
SO disappointed with purchasing directly from Smartwool. They use a lot of "deal" tactics or "free" with purchase on their website, but don't live up to their deals or giveaways. I emailed and was given excuses as to why and never even received free shipping like I should have (according to their website)
