Also they did not respond via of their other contact info, including email or messaging. So, I tried to cancel, using the cancel button they provided, but it just sent me to a dead link! Purchased a quitclaim deed,went to file it and the margins were off and I was charged an extra $20 for non compliance. So I called the customer service to inform them the product was non compliant in the state of Ohio. The representative was a complete moron and no idea about the product performance. I sat there for a minute and said "As a representative of the company, isn't it your job to appologize to me or something?" He replied "yeah,sorry"....don't use these forms in OHIO
