They didn't have the part in stock that I needed ,but the tech was knowledgeable and did know the problem and pointed me in the right direction.
Says its open but door is locked, no lights on, no one there everytime we walk past it. Time was about 2pm so they should have been open 2 hours ago. Just was a waste of time for Spectrum to send us to a closed store
I hear the screen saver and I'm gentleman was respectful courteous and professional.
Visited the establishment on April 28 and they were closed. After messaging the business I received a reply saying they were closed and were not going to open until after 3pm. Visited again on May 12 and they are closed again. Even though their Google info says they are scheduled to be open. I looked in the door at 12 noon, lights were not lit.
