Highly recommend! When I first brought my phone in because of an intermittent charging problem Nigel spent time trying to identify the issue but couldn't (the nature of intermittent faults!). While I offered to pay for his time he declined because he'd not been able to identify the problem. When charging failed altogether, Nigel talked through the possible reasons and likely costs, checking what I'd be comfortable paying for a repair.
