I have been using these guys now for about 5 years and have enjoyed them as a replacement when my old accountant retired. They are knowledgeable, the timelines we have been provided are accurate, and if something changes I have always been communicated with immediately. Any delays I have encountered were either on my end due to forgetting something (we are all human) or CRA doing the CRA oddities which are beyond any one persons control. Happy to keep coming back every year.
This place is awesome! Their representative Patti is the best and really she should get a raise because she didn't give up until I got my tax return. I want to say thank you so much and I highly recommend going here.
This place is worth every penny they are trustworthy and very fast !
Not satisfied at all, promised a rate of 250$ for personal and uber business, then they charged me 450$, worst when need help with documents to provide to CRA, they charged me for 2 page printing, don't recommend this to anyone.
