I’ve been meaning to do a review of their services for some time. I was using the one in Sherwood park for probably 6 years or so. They were good to me for the first 3 years I think then I got switched from Sonia to Tonya and I really struggled to get a response from her via email , she never answered my questions, I would have to ask them multiple times. I have been dealing with smarttax for the last 3 years, and there service is amazing. With myself working on the road, I can just give them a call, explain my situation and all documents are sent and signed all through email. Everything is always done correctly and very great people to work with. Highly recommended company to get your taxes completed.
