They did exactly what they said they were gonna do, and they did it in a professional manner.
We have been using Smart Power for 5+ years for our Generator needs and we couldn't be happier. We're located in St. Joseph, MO and they will come up here like it's a regular service call, that's a whole lot better service than we can get locally. We have recomended to other people and will continue to do so.
Smart Power Services is an upstanding, honest, and reliable electrical service and contracting firm. I've been doing business with them for five years and never had an issue.
Larry, Randall and team are good...Generator has not come on it two outages, even though I pay routine maintenance and do bi-weekly testing. Waiting for response from company...Will change review with answers After events, Great response time for warranty defect. Sent crew out to diagnose and fix. Also, are going to submit warranty claim. Will definitely use Smart Power Services again.
