I went to this shop about a year ago because I always drop my 12 pro max in water. Back then, the guy explained all the disclaimers and how it’s not guaranteed etc…. He cleaned it out and all was well. This year, I did it again. This is the same phone. I walked in today, and explained what happened. He started off as a Negative Nancy within the first minute of our conversation.
