If I could give them fewer stars. I would. They stole a device I dropped off, and acted as if I never dropped it off.
They fixed what was broken really quick
I’m happy. I’ve had my 12 pro max since 2020 and keep dropping it in water. I asked them to open it up and dry it out for me. It kept boot looping. Once I got the phone back, it worked just fine. No slowness or rebooting. There’s a scratch at the bottom near the speaker from them opening it up, but idc, I’ll have a case on it anyway.
Had an extensive charging port issue, business was very committed to getting properly fixed, works perfect now!
