I’m happy. I’ve had my 12 pro max since 2020 and keep dropping it in water. I asked them to open it up and dry it out for me. It kept boot looping. Once I got the phone back, it worked just fine. No slowness or rebooting. There’s a scratch at the bottom near the speaker from them opening it up, but idc, I’ll have a case on it anyway.
Had an extensive charging port issue, business was very committed to getting properly fixed, works perfect now!
May I tell you, I had an awesome experience with smartphone repair center. I broke my phone screen, I went to batteries+ and they told me they couldn't order a screen for my specific phone. So I went to ubreakifix, and they told me it would be 5-7 days to get my phone fixed and $180+, so I went to the last place here in kenosha that fixes phones. Smartphone repair center... 10/10 service 10/10 on timing and price is 10/10 (best prices in town beat everyone by 10-25%) they fixed my 15 pro and i had a issue a week after and they were able to help me still really understanding best place for a phone repair !!
