Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I came into this store today after already paying hundreds of dollars recently for a phone repair, only to be told I needed to pay another $350. Instead of being treated with understanding or basic respect, the woman serving me was extremely rude, dismissive, and openly impatient with me while I was visibly distressed and in tears.
