Great service, very quick, fixed our phone in an hour after it got ran over and screen stopped working.
Very negative, no warranty on second-hand phones, immediately blame you for dropping the phone without even looking at it, won't ever buy another so called refurbished phone from them!!!
Thanks for fixing my iPad after I dropped it on the on/off switch which broke, and the iPad later turned off during a software update, and died. I thought it was RIP but in less than an hour and for a very moderate price it is fixed. Grateful thanks Gary and Alison.
