Sells a broken I phone for $500 to a 11 year old child then blames them for damage no repairs or refund offered
Douglas Shire would be lost with this phone repairs store! Gary and Alison are so efficient and just terrific. Gary has fixed my phone a few times, and always within a inly a few hours. Definitely recommend
They replaced the battery and charging port on my Galaxy S8 in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. I also bought a wireless charger which I could not get to work. I took it back the next day and they tested it thoroughly even unpacking another new one for comparison. Turns out they had received a faulty batch. I was immediately offered a full refund, but chose to take a different, cheaper model which they supplied and refunded the difference. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop for all your mobile phone needs.
