Smartpak used to go above and beyond. I just tried to use a gift certificate on an order - didn't realize a gift certificate would have an expiration date! - and it was expired. Customer Service would not honor it, which is really disappointing.
While smart pack customer service used to be outstanding, there are now limited hours and even when you call during those hours, you get a message saying that they're in a company wide meeting and no one is available to answer phone. I discovered twice that they were only putting half the amount of the supplement that was supposed to be in each smart pack. I am extremely disappointed with SmartPak They used to have efficient, reliable shipping, and excellent customer service. I called them yesterday, Monday 12/30, about an autoship order that billed on 12/19. It hasn't arrived yet, and it's now 12/31. I am supposed to receive it every two weeks - hence, the auto part of autoship. I spoke with someone on the phone who essentially expressed that she was sorry for the inconvenience, but despite being billed on 12/19 they weren't scheduled to ship until 12/24. Staff was very professional and friendly when asked questions about the supplement for my Horse Bob. My order was delivered on time.
Courtney was very helpful and provided me with excellent information on her products and how to take measurements for blanket sizing to fit my horse.
