Went back to Smartlab after a while. The guys worked together to sort out my issue of getting a microphone on my mobile. Excellent work and no charge. Definitely recommend these guys. Thank you!
Absolutely useless. I chased them for 3 days requesting a screen my my Samsung. All they kept telling me was they were waiting for Samsung to give them a price. I was speaking with "Bizek" who seemed completely disinterested in helping. I called another repairer and had a reply in 30min. The only reason they got one star is there isn't an option to give a lower rating. It will be less painful to pull your teeth out with a pair of pliers than deal with this place.

Thank you to the technician who fixed my issue with my Apple Mac which was not hot spotting with my android phone. He was so polite and helpful, great professional service centre. Free of charge as not a big issue, but it was a bit issue for me, as l couldn't do my work and l travel a bit. Can highly recommend ! My only regret is l did not go there first!
The service was highly professional, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable. Engineer Mark was very patient throughout the process of resolving the issue. I would definitely recommend them.
