Based on my experience, I wouldn't use this Samsung repairer again. I'd take my device elsewhere for assessment, even if that meant sending it interstate.
These two lovely guys saved me from myself today. I did something silly and didn't think it could be fixed. They had all the answers to allow me to finish my holiday with my phone working. Cannot thank them enough.
I always receive great Support and Customer Service!!! They are very patient and explain in a way that is easily understood by me. I usually see Mark who is really helpful, but they are all great!
I had to get back to them manually as updates through messages/calls are not sent to the client. Didnt solve my problem also, burned 80 dollars and diagnostic was guesswork.
