I recently had an outstanding experience with Spectrum, and I felt compelled to share! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Had the best experience with spectrum! I went to the store to try to fix my internet and the man behind the counter was an absolute angel! He helped me with everything I needed plus! I got a phone plan from him and he set everything up. He communicated in a way i understood, helped me with my internet issue, and I even switched my mobile carrier to spectrum because of him. If you have to deal with a Spectrum office do yourself a favor and go to the one on Stagg in Beaumont. They are always nice to you and helpful. I have never found a Spectrum store anywhere besides this one with a decent attitude.
This has to be one of the best Spectrum stores in SETX! The representative was incredibly friendly, processed my Spectrum payment quickly, and answered all of my questions with ease — all without the bad attitude you find at some places. Even with the store packed, customers were in and out within 5–15 minutes, 20 minutes max. I'll definitely be using this location from now on. Plus, they even offered free coffee while I waited!
