Spent close to $750 to file taxes here just to get fined saying it was late even though I filed in time with this company. When I emailed he responded that it was his fault and then proceeded to ignore my response for the last week. Definitely not worth the money or the risk of being fined an extra $600 for a mistake that was so beyond clearly theirs. Not the greatest customer service when in the office from the humans working either. Didn't give me back my W2 either and ignore the messages I sent about it as well.
