From start to finish team and process was smooth. Shout out to Sash the sales rep, for being so professional and not pushy. Very reasonably priced and the quality is great. Installation was quick and tidy, thanks to Jed and the team. Highly recommend Smarter Outdoors, my shutters are amazing and will happily use their services again.
Very disappointed with what we were told by the sales rep what could & would be done. To what the finnished product looked like. With gaps down the wall. Not a neat Finnish

Signed up for roller shutters, they were very good and competitive in pricing. Was advised that it would be done in 2-3 weeks and wanted us to commit on that day due to the price which was very good so will give credit there - Lauren is excellent. Paid the deposit had the measure lead time was 2-3 weeks. This has now blown out to 5 weeks so not happening until September - one of the main reasons we chose to go ahead was due to the lead time and price being very good and now we feel that this may have been a mistake. We had blinds installed a couple of years ago, excellent service from the team at the time and the product is still working flawlessly today.
