Signed up for roller shutters, they were very good and competitive in pricing. Was advised that it would be done in 2-3 weeks and wanted us to commit on that day due to the price which was very good so will give credit there - Lauren is excellent. Paid the deposit had the measure lead time was 2-3 weeks. This has now blown out to 5 weeks so not happening until September - one of the main reasons we chose to go ahead was due to the lead time and price being very good and now we feel that this may have been a mistake. We had blinds installed a couple of years ago, excellent service from the team at the time and the product is still working flawlessly today.
Highly recommend. We have the tinted Slidetrack PVC installed. Excellent product for a fair price. We were given good advice and suggestions. Communication very good throughout. The installation boys were lovely. A pleasure to have at our home; very careful, efficient and friendly. Beautifully neat fittings that match our patio perfectly.
Harrison and the boys from Smarter Outdoors have been great. Harrison explained the product and options. He then backed this up with "can do" people who overcame any problem to make sure the job was done quickly and efficiently. His boys who put the blinds up were clean, efficient and polite - and they cleaned up after themselves!! So far the blinds have been excellent, made the house cooler in summer and has allowed me to use the balcony in winter! Very happy to date. 26.06.2025 - I have just had my blinds installed by Smarter Outdoors. Brilliant product, excellent customer service, installers (Swan Valley Blinds) quick, professional and very approachable. Excellent feedback on homeowners responsibility for maintenance.
