Let me say that this service is one of a kind! I’ve had it for 2 yrs and I work from home and my supervisor loves my internet cus i’ve never had an outage!! Only 1 time but it wasn’t an outage. It was an update they were doing. It can be raining thundering and my internet is connected to like 25 devices and does not buffer at all!!Farmost the best internet i’ve ever had!! Recently added service to our office. Team that put in service cut our water line. 6 hours later its fixed. Not even a I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Its fixed- Like something heroic was completed. Today we had an outage. When we called to report it we were told we had not paid our invoice and service had been stopped. We paid the invoice. Come to find out an hour later we had paid the invoice 6 days prior to this. Customer Service is lacking here.
didn’t get a service but horrible driving from Toyota truck 156. Cut me off twice
Customer service was incredible. Monica really helped out with my issues and researched on her own. Then they scheduled a technician for the very next day. Angel Ortega showed up on time and was able to resort of my issue and very short period of time. I can’t say enough good things about this organization.
