I wish I could give zero starts. These company is a complete joke. I filed their application form in May 6th, 2021. I got a *** loan approval dated May 12th, 2021. This after I went directly to the *** website and found out my loan number and status, since Smartbiz doesn't have any phone customer service and their emails are generic AF.Then after they email you and your application goes into review, the silence starts. If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would do it without question. SmartBiz needs to change their name to DumbBiz. I was referred to this company for the second PPP. On 3/18 it showed 100% complete on my application. I waited one month to start contacting them to inquire about the progression of my application. I was never able to speak to anyone because the voicemail hangs up on you. I called approximately 100 times hoping the voicemail would change and I would be able to speak with someone. Submitted over 100 clients to smartbiz and they have not gotten back to me after months of me reaching out. They owe me more than $20,000!!!! DO NOT TRUST SMARTBIZ

SmartBiz completely let us down. After getting automated emails from them telling us everything was great with our application for getting our 2nd draw of PPP funding in place, we could never reach them on the phone or get a direct response - even as program deadlines approached. They failed, causing us to lose out on an all important 2nd draw. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SmartBiz. Buyer beware.

Smart Biz Loans doesn't deserve any stars! They are frauds! They held my application, would not respond to my messages until the *** deadline was over, the application portal was VERY glitchy!! It kept providing error messages about my bank not being verifiable and then I received a random email from a rep stating well you should withdraw your application and go elsewhere to get approved for ***, then all of a sudden after reaching out to them on linkedin, ******** my bank was accepted in the portal. The fraudulent practices by ********************** need to be invesigated immediately! In my situation, a client of mine had applied in March 2021 for a 2nd round *** loan upon determining that they were qualified. All information and supporting documentation was provided, ********************** reviewed and acepted the information and submitted the application to ***. I applied for my second draw *** loan through SmartBiz. This was only because I talked to a college who suggested I try them as it was all automated.I applied on on 4/20/21 While I did receive several generic emails telling me to be patient I did not receive any emails actually about my account until 5/19/21 At that point I was told that funds were set aside for me and I officially had a *** approved number.
