Everyone is friendly, welcoming and genuinely interested in whatever I need. They always make me feel like more than just a customer and I appreciate being greeted with a smile and seeing familiar faces and who know me by name. The Alcoa branch makes makes every visit a positive experience.

I do my banking at SmartBank. I use the Alcoa and the Maryville branch. The tellers are awesome as they know my name and recognize me and my voice. They have helped me tremendously when my identity was hacked. They stopped the thief from accessing my accounts.

The staff at the Alcoa location are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. They have a sense of humor and I always go into the branch rather than use the drive through. I look forward to to going to the bank 😃

I use the Alcoa drive-through where the staff is always efficient and friendly. When we encounter each other in the community, they greet me as if I’m an old friend.., and their feelings are genuine. And they treat me like royalty even when I’ve been working all day in the yard, am driving my old pick-up truck full of compost, and look like an itinerant bum. These are good folks.
