I have a business account and personal account with SmartBank since a long time, and have experienced horrible customer service at the Thomasville, AL location. Specifically from Alesia Headley who is the branch sales manager at this location. I called and ask for two accounts of mine for the "as of date balance" on a letterhead for proof of funds. Not friendly at all. I had a overdraft took my tax check to pay it they told me they was low in money. They won't have any until next Thursday.
