Fantastic bank. Employees always very helpful and will go the extra mile for you. Love this branch.
From five stars to one star in lightning speed. People in the branch are wonderful. However their "fraud" department has gone overboard in the last 12 months. From "freezing" my debit card because I used it a Winn-Dixie to requiring 2FA each and every time I login online. Then locking my account because I had linked QuickBooks Online to it. If you need a business account save yourself a lot of hassle and go elsewhere.
After having a horrible experience with Smart Bank Tullahoma TN, It was very refreshing to be treated so courteously and professionally by the management team at Smart Bank Destin.
