I love this bank and the people that work there. I talk to real people when I call, not a robot. It reminds me of ole fashion business.

Although I bank with SmartBank, this was my first visit to this particular location. It was nice and quiet. Decorations looked nice including three blondes. They seemed frazzled as I walked in. I proceeded to ask for what I came in for. She asked for my ID. Long story short....she refused to help me because she didn't think I look the same in the picture on my driver license. I guess she did what she had to do but I think it was unprofessional and unnecessary.
