New in the area and needed $13 worth of quarters. Was told their policy was that was not possible for non-members. I guess I know which local bank I won’t be opening an account with.
My family and I have been banking here for a few yrs now! But a lot of the tellers we originally had been dealing with we really don’t see them for the most part anymore! That is very sad they knew us by name ! They have there newer tellers there now and they just really don’t have the people skills they should! U ask them.certain questions and they have no clue what ur talking about! No sense of humor at all! This is at the east ridge area bank!
I've been banking with smart bank for 6 years and I have had nothing but good experience from them and the employees are so nice and are very helpful
