My family and I have been banking here for a few yrs now! But a lot of the tellers we originally had been dealing with we really don’t see them for the most part anymore! That is very sad they knew us by name ! They have there newer tellers there now and they just really don’t have the people skills they should! U ask them.certain questions and they have no clue what ur talking about! No sense of humor at all! This is at the east ridge area bank!

What kind of a bank, that's only open from 8:30 to 5pm; is closed on both Saturday and Sunday? I literally cannot grab a check cause I will be late for work, if I ever have an issue. I won't be able to get it resolved now without calling out for work. I will be planning to take by business elsewhere, cause you all care more about saving money on labor. Than servicing people in ways that make sense.
Today on Monday December 23 , 2024 I show a cashier there a check wrote out to me and my lady Mrs King from Liberty mutual insurance for 895.00. And I had to cash it and get a cashier check to write for 895.00 to my mortgage company . Which is Volunteer mortgage Loan Servicing . But the word mortgage was left off the cashier check . And I sure hope me and my lady Mrs King is mortgage company takes it like that . Because when I ever get a cashier check or money orders I always put Volunteer mortgage Loan Servicing on it .
