Today on Monday December 23 , 2024 I show a cashier there a check wrote out to me and my lady Mrs King from Liberty mutual insurance for 895.00. And I had to cash it and get a cashier check to write for 895.00 to my mortgage company . Which is Volunteer mortgage Loan Servicing . But the word mortgage was left off the cashier check . And I sure hope me and my lady Mrs King is mortgage company takes it like that . Because when I ever get a cashier check or money orders I always put Volunteer mortgage Loan Servicing on it . I'm not overly impressed with Smart Bank. Admittedly, they are a "secondary" source as I conduct the vast majority of my business with another larger bank. However, in the times I have tried to utilize Smart Bank it has been difficult. A word of advice to those of you who are account holders at the bank, please be aware of the "FEE SCHEDULE." The bank doesn't seem to believe in extending a courtesy credit. I was under the impression that smaller local and even regional banks had more of a personal touch.
All staff are nice
When cleaning out things from my parents stuff we found 3 savings bonds for me and I havd it cash one in the other day they hadn’t done one but they were happy to help me with it and we all learned how to do it and what was needed to cash it in. I have to turn the other 2 in today because I’m going to be out of work for a family emergency and I can’t wait to go back to them to get my bonds cashed out by them.
